Photothermal Therapy

We are developing improved methods for photothermal treatment of cancer tumours, focusing on modifications of functionalised nanoparticles that can improve absorption while also being bio-compatible. We are also investigating improved methods of beam delivery and techniques to calculate tissue damage.
